Trial Lawyer
Many consider Joseph L. Wilson to be one of the most accomplished young trial lawyers in the Southeast. In the past few years alone, Joseph has tried and won some of the most difficult liability cases, and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He has extensive courtroom experience representing victims of serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and spinal injuries. Joseph was recognized in the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2016 in their “Who’s Who” 30 Under 30 section. In addition, Joseph was selected to the prestigious GTLA LEAD Program, which is a leadership training program for the top trial lawyers in the State of Georgia. Joseph currently serves as the Vice President of the Emerging 100 of Atlanta, and on the Board for the GTLA New Lawyer’s Division.
Joseph is a graduate, and former athlete at Jacksonville State University, where he currently serves on the Alumni Board. Finally, Joseph graduated from law school from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was awarded the John W, Calhoun Trial Practice Award for demonstrating excellence in trial advocacy.
